A group hailing itself as Concerned Citizens of Okyeman has hit the streets of Asamankese to show their displeasure towards comments endorsed by NDC flagbearer, Mr. John Dramani Mahama.
The group dressed in Black and Red attires converged at the Asamankese Lorry Station to show their discontent.
They held placards which carried messages of advise and warnings to the former president for what they describe as “tribal bigotry against Okyeman”.
Mr. Mahama has come under fire in the past days for endorsing an alleged ethnocentric and tribally sentimental Facebook post by NDC MP for Bolgatanga which sought to describe President Akuffo-Addo as an “Akyem Sakawa Mafia”.
