‘I Am Not Ethnocentric’ – I Only Shared Adongo’s Post Which Was A Good Argument – Mahama

Former President John Dramani Mahama has insisted he did nothing wrong by sharing Legislator, Isaac Adongo’s post which labeled President Akufo Addo and his appointees as ‘Akyem Sakawa Boys’.

Speaking on Class FM, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer stressed that he saw nothing wrong with the post, adding, he was only interested in the argument in the write up which sounded right.

‘I am not ethnocentric…..If we say Italian Mafia does that mean all Italians are mafia?” Mahama quizzed.

He rubbished claims by the protesting Akyem group which threatened to ban him and the NDC from campaigning on any Akyem land if he fails to apologise.

Mahama cautioned that we do not toe that line as a nation, asking what nation we’ll be building if everyone bans someone for every comment made.
