Francis Dodovi, a leading member of the opposition National Democratic Congress has taken on private legal practitioner, Akoto Ampaw for advocating for LGBTQ+ rights in Ghana.
Lawyer Akoto Ampaw is part of some academicians who are opposing the anti-gay bill before Parliament.
Speaking on Kessben FM, Francis Dodovi wondered why Mr Ampaw born and raised in a country like Ghana will fight for gays and lesbians.
He said Lawyer Ampaw behaves as if he was not brought up in a family.
Mr Dodovi further urged the youth to stone and kill anybody caught in the act of homosexuality and lesbianism.
According to him the Arabs have sharia law to deal with such behaviour and therefore Ghanaians must resist LGBT+ even if it means killing persons involved in it.
