Outspoken Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has made a strong revelation as to why he decided to campaign for deputy majority leader, Sarah Adwoa Safo in the just ended parliamentary primaries.
The honourable MP, who had earlier indicated his decision to remain neutral in the Dome-Kwabenya contest because of his special relationship with the candidates involved, eventually made a U-Turn, campaigning vigorously for the incumbent MP, Adwoa Safo.
Explaining why he suddenly changed his mind, the outspoken MP said he needed to prove a point to the speaker of Parliament, Prof. Aaron Mike Ocquaye that he was not a fool. When he was asked to clarify his statement, the maverick lawmaker dropped the bombshell.
“I have two kids with Adwoa, she is so responsible. I decided to go neutral until the speaker of parliament called me to support his son against a woman I have kids with. How do u want me to do that? Against a woman, I have kids with? I don’t know if he thinks I wash my face from down to up. So I hit the grounds for Adwoa“. He said.
