The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) seem to have set a date to go to court and seek redress over the electoral disputes on the December 7 elections.

All Minority Members of Parliament yesterday marched to the headquarters of the Electoral Commission to submit a petition appealing to the EC to overturn its declaration of President Akufo-Addo as the winner of the 2020 elections.

Speaking to the issue on  Onua TV‘s Maakye, Member of Parliament for Sagnerigu Constituency in the Northern Region, Alhassan Bashir Fuseini, popularly known as Alhaji A.B.A Fuseini, hinted that the NDC will be going to court on December 28 to seek redress.

“We are going to court on 28th December. We are going to court. We are walking to the EC office to register our protest and present a petition to the EC.”

He added: “We are gathering our evidence and we are going to court on December 28 because we will not allow such stealing in the country.”
