Controversial musician and political activist, Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as A-Plus, has described 2020 as a year of protest against 28 years of useless NPP and NDC rule.
According to the musician, who is also the founder of “The People’s Project” (TPP), a development centered group which aims to amass enough political influence to adequately keep politicians in check, it is time for Ghanaians to protest the years of useless governance they have been subjected to by the NPP and NDC.
A Plus also indicated that with just a voter ID, which is just a registration center away, one can vote out his or her useless MP who has failed them and failed the constituency at large.
In a Facebook Post, he wrote, “This year is not an election year, it is a PROTEST year. REGISTER to be part of the BIGGEST PROTEST in the history of Ghana. Once you have a VOTER ID, you can walk PEACEFULLY to the POLLING STATION and PROTEST AGAINST 28 years of USELESS NDC & NPP.
