Lawyer Ampaw Warns A Plus To Stop Spreading “Diabolic” And “Fake News” About Afia Schwar’s Court Case

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has cautioned Kwame A Plus to halt generating and spreading diabolic and fake news about court proceedings involving Chairman Wontumi and Afia Schwarzenegger.

A Plus, in a now deleted Facebook post misinformed the public by claiming the bench warrant for the arrest of Afia Schwarzenegger had been revoked by the court.

But in a snap response on Wontumi TV last Sunday, Lawyer Ampaw educated the public that the court hasn’t revoked her bench warrant but rather, suspended it because her lawyer pleaded with the court for it on health grounds.

According to lawyer Ampaw, the suspension of the bench warrant came about because Afia Schwarzenegger’s lawyer had informed the court that she had gone to remove fat from her tummy and couldn’t walk.

“There is a difference between suspension and revocation”, lawyer Ampaw said.
