17-Year-Old School Girl Raped And Murdered At Home



In a shocking and devastating turn of events, a 17-year-old student, Wandile Ngcobo, has been found raped and murdered in her own home in Umlazi, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The tragic incident occurred on Tuesday, May 28, and was confirmed by Women For Change on Thursday, May 30, 2024.

According to the organization’s statement, Wandile, a Grade 11 learner at Durban Girls Secondary School, was brutally attacked and murdered in her residence. The investigation has revealed that after being raped, Wandile was stabbed multiple times, leaving her family and friends in a state of utter despair.
