With All The Resources We Left I’m Shocked At Ofori-Atta’s Abysmal Performance – Mahama

Former President John Dramani Mahama has bemoaned the lackadaisical performance of the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori Atta.

According to him, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) before they left power left some appreciable resources that could be used to drive the economy of the nation, however, the Finance Minister has failed to do so.

Speaking on XYZ TV, the NDC flagbearer noted that Ofori Atta has been cooking figures to fool the IMF and other economic agencies to create a sense that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) under President Akufo-Addo are better managers of the economy.

“With the kind of resources we left him, I’m surprised and shocked at his very abysmal performance. We did all we did with just one oil field and now he has many but look at the huge debt and still they have nothing to show aside Free SHS which even being funded from our oil revenue. We’ve always warned that Ofori Atta is cooking the books and they didn’t listen,” Mahama said.
