We Were Never Married But We Chopped Ourselves For 10 Years – Maame Dokono On Her Relationship

Ace Maame Dokono, a Ghanaian actress, has spoken out about her alleged love relationship with fellow actor David Dontoh.

After years of suspicion, the 76-year-old veteran verified the allegation during an interview on United Showbiz on Saturday, admitting that they dated for more than ten years before parting ways.

In the 1990s, Maame Dokono revealed that she had an affair with David Dontoh while they were filming the popular local drama series ‘Obra.’

Previously, during an interview with Adom TV’s Sister Sandy on her Ahosepe Xtra show in August, David Dontoh, who is currently married, cleared the air on his connection with his colleague.

Maame Dokono admitted that she had to end her relationship with David Dontoh since she couldn’t give him children.

She said that she had had four children and did not want to have any more.

As a result, she chose to break her relationship with the actor in order for him to start a family with someone else.
