Video tapes of National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagberaer, John Dramani Mahama and its General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia claiming that the NDC won the December 2020 polls were played in the Supreme court today, February 1, 2021 as part of the ongoing hearing of the election petition.
Although Lead counsel for the petitioner, Tsastu Tsikatu objected it, the court gave the go ahead for the videos to be played.
Mr Akoto Ampaw, Lawyer for the second respondent had told the court the tapes were necessary to challenge the credibility of one of the witnesses of the petitioner, Mr Asiedu Nketia.
