Some employees of the Despite Media Group have jumped to the defence of their Managing Director, Fadda Dickson after he was insulted by an aide to the President, Charles Nii TeikoTagoe.
Charles Nii Teiko Tagoe descended heavily on the Managing director of Despite Media, Fadda Dickson for writing to beg the NDC to rescind their decision of boycotting Peace FM’s Kokrokoo Morning show.
This was after the NDC officially severed ties with Peace FM’s flagship program, Kokrokoo a few months ago after their attempt to get the Station to withdraw their former Central Regional Chairman, Allotey Jacobs from the program failed.
Though veteran Journalist, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako alleged on the show last week that the NDC was begging behind the scenes to be allowed to return the show, the NDC issued a statement through their communication’s directorate that they had no intentions of returning to that show.
Following the NDC’s statement by Sammy Gyamfi, Peace FM issued a formal apology letter yesterday signed by their Managing Director, Fadda Dickson, begging the Party to let sleeping dogs lie.
This action by the Managing director did not go down well with the Presidential staffer who described Fadda Dickson’s actions as lacking common sense.
However, in defence of their able director, some employees of the media giants have described the actions of the presidential staffer as disrespectful, wondering how a young man could hurl such invective at an elderly man.
