When two Kumawood actors, Big Akwes and Frank Naro, finally met in person after their feud on social media, tensions increased and things quickly escalated.
When Frank Naro was asked to welcome Big Akwes as he (Naro) was greeting attendees at an event, what was intended to be a friendly exchange turned into a heated argument.
Since Big Akwes threatened to take Frank Naro’s life over reports that the singer planned to sacrifice certain Kumawood actors for money rituals, the two have not had the greatest of relationships.
In an earlier viral video, Big Akwes was shown cursing Frank Naro while holding an egg and schnapps bottle, stating that the artist had attempted to sacrifice his bandmates for money rituals during an event.
“If you go somewhere and you’ve been asked to offer a sacrifice, why would you resort to using actors? People take months to organize parties but it took you just four days to organize the party you invited us to because you had an agenda. You are a useless person. If you want to sacrifice someone, why don’t you sacrifice Maame Serwaa your ex-girlfriend? Foolish man. You want to make money at somebody’s expense. You want to be rich more than adults like us.
“Ask him and if he refuses, call him again but record the conversation. If he ever comes out to say I am lying, I promise you that you will fry his meat. You will mount his canopy and stick his funeral posters on the walls. I am holding my Schnapp, fresh in a box. This is also an egg. If he comes out to say my claims are false, he will smell the rat. Curses upon curses,” Big Akwes fumed in a viral video.
On the other hand, Frank Naro refuted the aforementioned claims and even went so far as to create a song in their place called “Koom,” which means for “Silence.”
Not only that, but after Big Akwes continued to threaten Frank Naro on social media, it was reported that Frank Naro had contacted the police.
But they met into each other at a sporting event, and when Frank Naro was approached by people like Wayoosi and others, they made him shake hands with Big Akwes.
Despite his initial resistance, Naro complied with the request, and when he extended his hand, Big Akwes smacked him in the face in a video sighted by Pak MediaGh.
All individuals who saw the sight, including Frank Naro, who clutched onto his cheeks, had “shock” written all over their faces.
