NDC stalwart Kevin Ekow Taylor has sparked a fiery debate on the internet with his recent claim that a US marriage certificate holds more power and utility than a PhD certificate in Ghana.
The ever-controversial Kevin Taylor made this statement in response to Paul Adom Otchere’s jibe that Taylor was useless until he married an American woman.
Kevin Taylor shared pictures of a woman he claims is Paul Adom Otchere’s girlfriend. During an episode of his Loud Silence Show, the controversial journalist alleged that despite being married, Paul Adom Otchere has numerous other lovers.
In some videos shared by Taylor, Paul and the woman appear in cozy positions. Taylor claims that Paul Adom Otchere has been issuing threats to this sidechick, who wants to end their secret affair.
Taylor stated that he is not interested in Paul Adom Otchere’s personal affairs but is publicly shaming him for threatening the young woman after she walked out of the relationship. Kevin Taylor also challenged Paul Adom Otchere to deny the affair on TV, daring him to “fight in the gutter” if he does.
Meanwhile Paul Adom Otchere, host of the widely-watched program “Good Evening Ghana,” has subtly addressed Taylor’s recent allegations of infidelity.
At the start of his latest broadcast, Adom Otchere recounted a phone call he received from a Catholic priest. The reverend minister offered words of comfort, reminding him that even Jesus Christ faced false accusations. This anecdote seemed to serve as a metaphor for Adom Otchere’s current predicament, suggesting that he is being unfairly targeted.
“People are so evil that they can actually pay others to say things which appear true but are actually false,” Adom Otchere stated. This remark appeared to be a direct response to the interview conducted by Kevin Taylor, in which a woman claiming to be the mother of Maame Serwaa accused Adom Otchere of engaging in an illicit relationship with her daughter.
