Touch Not A Political Party’s Anointed – Judge Involved In Kennedy Agyapong’s Contempt Case Sent Packing Outside Accra

The High Court judge in the Kennedy Agyapong contempt case is said to have been transferred to Ho in the Volta Region.

This is after the Supreme Court, on October 14, ruled that Justice Amos Wuntah Wuni could not continue as the presiding judge in the case against Mr. Agyapong.

Though Justice Wuni has been ordered to step aside, the Supreme Court upheld that the country’s Court architecture and any High Court Judge was vested with the authority to preside over a contempt charge against the Court.

Mr. Agyapong is in court facing contempt charges after he was seen in a video on his Net 2 TV raining insults on a High Court judge.
