Total Cost Of Akufo-Addo’s Luxurious Travels Can Buy A New Aircraft – Okudzeto Ablakwa

Lawmaker for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has said the total cost of private jet travels by President Akufo-Addo can fund a new presidential jet.

Speaking on Okay FM he said the president’s luxurious travels is draining the public purse and must seriously be addressed.

Meanwhile the country’s very own presidential jet is being used by Liberian president, George Weah at the UN General Assembly in New York.

“Per my calculation, the cost of the President’s trip should cost almost about 6.3 million Ghana cedis, and this money should if not only acquire a private jet but also provide amenities for some hospitals across the country,” Ablakwa bemoaned.
