Those Who Allowed Meek Mill Access To The Presidency Don’t Have Sense – Gary Al-Smith

Sports Journalist, Gary Al-Smith has bemoaned the viral video which saw American-based rapped, Meek Mill shoot a music video at the Office of the President.

In a Facebook post, the Joy Fm journalist questioned the unlimited access given the rapper, wondering if same would have been done for Ghanaian artistes.

Gary berated persons in charge of the Presidency, insisting they clearly lack sense in carrying out their duties.

According to him Ghanaian journalists are denied the chance to access the premises of Jubilee House yet Meek Mill, who is an ex-convict was permitted to do a video shoot over there.

His post read, “I have not shared my opinion of what he (Meek Mill) did anywhere because it is obvious the people who allowed Meek Mill this kind of access to our presidency don’t have sense.

Yes, I’ve said it. Because they will never allow even journalists to go near the Jubilee House. But they will allow this ex convict to wear shorts, and touch our president like his buddy buddy.

I don’t blame Meek Mill. I blame our greedy people at JH who have cheapened the Presidency of the Republic.

But if I say all this you people will say I am insulting my Elders so I didn’t say it.”

Meanwhile Meek Mill has apologised for the incident.
