The 2020 Presidential independent candidate Mr. Kofi Koranteng has described Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia as incompetent in dealing with the affairs of the economy.
This comes after the Vice President stated during the 13th Congregation of University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) that there are ‘demons’ and ‘principalities’ working to impede the growth of Ghana’s economy.
Speaker on Onua TV Tuesday, Mr Koranteng could not fathom how the Vice President could ascribe the country’s economic woes to demons and principalities, noting, Dr Bawumia has no love for the country and cannot be trusted to play his role effectively.
He called on him to step down and be replaced by fellow 2020 Presidential candidate Reverend Christian Kwabena Andrews (Kyiri-Absom), founder and leader of Ghana Union Movement (GUM).
“If you say that it is ‘demons’ and ‘principalities’ that are impeding the growth of the economy and the overall development of the country then kindly step down and allow Kyere Abosom to replace you because he is known to be capable of fighting demons”.
He further reiterated that the devil has no time for a country like Ghana whose leaders are failures and already working for the devil.
