The National Chief Imam, Sheikh Nuhu Shaributu has charged President Akufo-Addo to put his foot down and have a firm grip on corruption and rising unemployment in the country.
In a speech read on his behalf by his spokesperson, Sheikh Aremeyaw Shaibu, the Chief Imam bemoaned how the youth continue to engage in social vices because of lack of employment opportunities.
He lauded the President for his renewed fight agaisnt galamsey and measures put in place to tackle the Coronavirus pandemic.
Sheikh Nuhu Shaributu congratulated the President for his position taken on same-sex relationships which he described as predatory and against the cultural values of Ghana.
