Tell Your Lies To Class 1 Kids – Sam George Fires IGP Dampare On ‘Intelligence Gathering Claims’

Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram, Sam George has taken on the police administration for denying that they did not show up in Madina MPs church to arrest him.

According to the police, undercover COPs were only in Francis Xavier Sosu’s church on Sunday to gather intelligence and not arrest him as widely claimed.

Reacting to it, Sam George chided the IGP, George Akuffo Dampare and the head of Police Public Relations, ACP Kwesi Ofori describing their intelligence gathering claims as blatant lies which must be told to class 1 kids.

“ACP Kwesi Ofori and the IGP should tell their fib to class 1 kids that the plain cloth officers were there to gather intelligence. Absolute bumble! If they claim they would use ‘legal means’ to interrogate all suspects, they must be guided by Articles 117 & 118 of the 1992 Constitution and Standing Orders 28 & 30 of Parliament,” he wrote.
