Lawyer Samson Lardy Anyenini has described as embarassing the Council of State’s decision to refer an applicant for information, Dr. Elikem Apetorgbor, to go to Metro TV for information regarding its operations.
Lawyer Anyenini could not believe his eyes wishing the letter was fake, wondering who misled the signee of the Council of State letter, Stephen Blay, the Director of Finance and Administration.

How is “an official publication held by another public institution” difficult legalese rather than simple English?
Tell me its fake,” Mr Anyenini wrote.
