In the Election Petition hearing currently before the Supreme Court, counsel for the Petitioner, Tsatsu Tsikata has played a video of an interview granted by NPP campaign chairman for the 2020 elections, Peter Mac Manu.
In the said video, Mac Manu is seen telling Paul Adom Otchere that Dr Kpessah Whyte and Rojo Mettle Nunoo left the Strong Room of the EC leaving their laptops and bags behind.
This confirms the statement given by Dr Kpessah Whyte before the Supreme Court when he mounted the witness box last week.
Mr Mettle Nunoo is currently being cross-examined by counsel for the 1st respondent, Justin Amenuvor.
