Stop Targeting NPP Members And Deal With Mahama – Special Prosecutor Told

Nana Konadu Abu-Prah warned Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng to cease targeting NPP members while speaking in an interview.

He claimed that, if his goal is to target exclusively NPP members, the party’s members are prepared to “fight” him.

If the Special Prosecutor wants to look into any corruption in the nation, Nana Konadu Abu-Prah said, he should start with the most pressing cases, which implicated Former President John Dramani Mahama.

At the end of the day, the prosecutor has to be able to step back from the spotlight and cameras and make very important decisions based upon credible evidence and not what people who have less than the entire picture expect. Never has that old adage “to thine own self be true” been more meaningful than for the prosecutor who has to handle a high-profile, high-publicity case.

To this end, Nana Oteatuoso,  speaking on “Di Bawumia Ho Adaaanse3” on Wontumi TV  punctured the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng and wants him investigated.

“The OSP has completed a review of all the alleged cases of corruption and corruption-related offenses before it. Currently, the OSP is investigating thirty-one (31) active cases and it will in due course commence the prosecution in the courts of the cases it considers probatively strong. There is no case commenced by the OSP pending in the courts at the moment.
