Thomas Kusi Boafo, Chief Executive Officer of the Public Sector Reforms, has expressed happiness at the government’s introduction of the electronic road tolls.
Kusi Boafo said the government can use the income for road maintenance.
Speaking on Wontumi TV, Kusi Boafo said that the tolls income was looted.
He alleged that some of the toll workers were spending the money on girls at night without going to work.
However, he nudged that “NDC will place a meter on a tree and say it’s digitisation when they come to power.”
The CEO of the Public Sector Reforms said he will ensure every item supposed to be digitalized will be done before 2024.
