A confirmatory DNA paternity test, conducted by Auntie Naa of Oyerepa FM, has reaffirmed the initial findings that Opoku is not the biological father of the child.
This revelation comes after Opoku’s initial discovery during a DNA test in Germany, which was part of the process to secure residency documents for the girl. The shock of the results led him to return to Ghana to seek further clarity.
While the paternity test confirmed Opoku is not the biological father, a concurrent DNA maternity test verified that the child’s mother is indeed her biological mother, effectively dismissing any possibility of the child being switched at birth.
Opoku’s quest for the truth began when he discovered the discrepancy through the documentation process in Germany. His immediate response was to seek answers from the girl’s mother, Sadia, and her family. Sadia had initially contested the DNA results, insisting on a local test to confirm the findings.
