Shatta Wale Faces At Least 2 Weeks Remand As He Makes Court Appearance Today

Embattled dancehall artiste Shatta Wale is expected to make an appearance in Court today after he was arrested by the Police on the night of 19th October 2021.

Contrary to earlier reports that the musician had been granted bail, this portal has learned that Shatta Wale is still in the custody of the Police.

While his lawyers are widely expected to mount a spirited advocacy for his bail, it is also expected that the Police will fiercely argue against bail.

MyNewsGh has reported that a search in the musician’s home after a search warrant was obtained by the Police, led to the discovery of something new which may warrant further investigation.
