Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie and his family have returned to Ghana.
This is according to pictures being circulated by his fans on popular social media app, twitter.
The BET winner and his immediate family had been stuck outside Ghana since the Ghanaian borders were closed as part of measures to help mitigate the spread of the novel coronavirus.
Their arrival is part of government’s efforts to evacuate Ghanaians who have been left stranded in other countries due to the border closures as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
They are expected to undergo a mandatory 14-day quarantine to determine their Covid-19 statuses.
