Run Away From Akufo-Addo’s ‘419’ Promises In Your Own Interest – Drivers Warn Okada Riders

Members of the Concerned Drivers Association have cautioned okada riders to be weary of promises made to them by President Akufo-Addo and his government, particularly, the promise on giving them cars to use as taxis instead of riding okada.

In a statement, the drivers association noted that Akufo-Addo has failed to adhere to any of his promises towards them in particular and same will be done to okada riders if they trust him.

“We are also reminding the ‘okada’ riders not to fall for the government promises of giving them small cars, its 419 and “sakawa”. Long live concerned drivers, long live Ghana,” part of the statement read.
