Ronaldo Jr Officially Unveiled As A Manchester United Academy Player
Manchester United have officially unveiled Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, who has joined his dad as a Red Devils player.
Ronaldo Jr, who has just opted for Ronaldo on the back of his shirt, was snapped alongside a teammate after signing a contract.
Cristiano Ronaldo recently posted a photo of himself and his son playing football, referring to himself as the present and his son as the future.
His son has taken another step forward by signing his first professional contract with Manchester United.
Manchester United boasts one of the top academies in the world, and even players who have left the club, such as Wayne Rooney, have their children attend to take use of the club’s superior facilities.
Since his father returned to England, Cristiano Junior has been playing for the academy, but he has only recently signed a contract.
Cristiano’s partner, Georgina Rodriguez, was present as Cristiano Junior signed the deal, and she posted images of herself with him as he followed in his father’s footsteps. “Chasing out dreams together, mummy loves them all,” she captioned the photographs.
Cristiano Junior wasn’t the only one who signed a Manchester United contract; Gabriel, Cristiano Junior’s teammate, was also pleased to sign his. The number 10 will be worn by Gabriel, while the number 7 will be worn by Cristiano Junior.
