Joseph Dindiok Kpemka, a former deputy attorney general, has stated that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) must do everything possible to win and hold power in the 2024 general elections.
He believes that the NPP’s theme of “breaking the 8” is essential, and that the party must fight tirelessly to achieve that goal.
The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has a decent probability of winning the 2024 elections, according to the Economic Intelligence Unit (EIU).
“The former president, John Mahama, is apparently considering running again,” said to the EIU, “but we expect the opposition NDC to try to revive its prospects with a new candidate.”
“Our baseline assumption is that public unhappiness with the slow pace of government improvements—such as infrastructure development, job creation, and corruption reduction—will spark anti-incumbency forces, prompting voters to seek a change.” As a result, the NDC has a good probability of winning the 2024 elections.”
