Prosecute Me If You Have Any Evidence – Mahama Dares Martin Amidu

The flagbearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress, John Dramani Mahama has thrown a challenge to the special prosecutor, Martin Amidu to initiate prosecution against him if he has any evidence that he engaged in any illegality in the infamous Airbus saga.

Martin Amidu, in a report to President Akufo-Addo noted that his office has established the identity of Government Official 1 to be former President John Dramani Mahama.

However, Mr Mahama has expressed his shock at the fact that the special prosecutor mentioned him in a report which was supposed to capture his findings on the much-criticized Agyapa deal.

The NDC flagbearer accused the special prosecutor of mentioning him in his report just for equalization in the face of the stinking Agyapa deal initiated by the current government.
