Pressure Mounts On Akuffo-Addo To Speak Up On Police Brutality In Nigeria

Scores of Ghanaians have mounted pressure on the chairman of the ECOWAS who doubles as the president of Ghana, Nana Akuffo-Addo to break silence on the bloody happenings occuring in Nigeria.

Unarmed protesters were yesterday fired by the Nigerian army at Lekki Toll Gate.

This has sparked wild reactions across Nigeria and some part of the world for the Nigerian government to address the issue of SARS which has currently turned to something else.

Ghanaian celebrities including Nana Aba Anamoah, Berla Mundi, Ama K. Abebrese among others have called on president Akuffo-Addo to speak over the issue to restore calm.
