President Akufo-Addo is set to resume work tomorrow, July 20 after undergoing 14-day isolation for coming into contact with a COVID-19 infected person.
Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, the Minister for Communication who revealed this at a press conference at the Jubilee House said, the president will work from his office on Monday, July 20.
The Minister further said that the president would attend to other duties outside the Regional Capital.
President Akufo- Addo went on 14-day isolation after coming into contact with an infected COVID-19 person. He has however tested negative to the disease after and had been working from his presidential villa since.
The President had his first virtual Cabinet Meeting whilst in isolation in which he said the New Patriotic Party(NPP) government had made history since that was the first Cabinet Meeting to be held online by the party.
