Photos: Ghana’s Presidential Jet Given To Guinea-Bissau President After George Weah

Guinea-Bissau President, Général Umaro El Mokhtar Sissoco Embaló has been handed Ghana’s Dassault Falcon 900 EXE to attend the inauguration ceremony of São Tomé President-elect, Carlos Vila Nova.

He is not the first to use the jet as Liberian President, George Weah had also used it weeks ago.

There have been controversy surrounding the use of the presidential jet as President Akufo-Addo has mostly opted to hire private jet in his long journey travels.

North Tongu lawmaker, Okudzeto Ablakwa has chided the President who he insists enjoy luxurious travels than the country’s own presidential jet.

Meanwhile the government has announced that plans are already underway to acquire a bigger presidential jet.
