Owusu Bempah Shows Up In Court But….

Rev Isaac Owusu Bempah

Rev Isaac Owusu Bempah, leader of Glorious Word Power Ministries International was today September 20, 2021 present in court together with four others who are facing prosecution.

The court however, adjourned the case to October 5, 2021 after the lawyer for the accused, Gary Nimako, objected to an initial October 25, 2021 date proposed by the prosecutor, citinews reported.

According to the prosecution, the extension will enable his team to amend the charges and facts of the case.

Owusu Bempah was arrested on Sunday, September 12, together with three other members of his church. On Monday, he was charged with offensive conduct conducive to breach of peace, the threat of death, and assault of office public officers.

He was however granted bail to the tune of GHS200,000 with two sureties by an Accra High court.
