Owners Of ‘Huge Stash Of Cash’ In Viral Video Finally Found

The owners of the huge stash of cash in a video that went viral on social media a few days ago have finally been identified.

Contrary to popular assertions that the huge stash of cash belonged to some politicians, it has emerged that the money actually belongs to a gold dealership firm called Brenley Quartz.

According to officials of the company, the cash, totalling GHC17 million, was withdrawn from their bankers, Zenith Bank, in order to make payments to clients.

The officials added that the withdrawal was made some three months ago and the video shot by one of its employees. The video leaked after the employee went for a phone swap some weeks ago.

This declaration finally puts the bed the agitations by many Ghanaians to have the source of the money investigated considering the amount involved.
