Our Pink Sheets Show That Mahama Was Even Given More Votes Than He Obtained – NPP Issues Response

In what can be termed as the ruling NPP’s first response since the NDC’s filing of an Election Petition to challenge the outcome of the 2020 elections, the Party has claimed that their audit reveals the NDC candidate was actually given more votes than he Obtained.

According to the Chairman of the NPP campaign team, Peter Mac Manu, the Party’s lawyers are meeting to table an official response to the NDC’s petition.

Mr Mac Manu also disclosed that the Party’s lawyers are already perusing the NDC’S petition and will respond appropriately and adequately.

The NDC flagbearer, John Mahama caused his lawyers to file a petition at the Supreme Court to challenge the declaration of President Akufo-Addo as President-elect.

Basically, Mr Mahama’s Petition Is praying the Court to order the Electoral Commission to conduct a second round of election since he claims no candidate obtained the constitutionally prescribed 50% plus one.
