Only Sick Minds Will Say Ghana Is A Banana Republic – Koku Anyidoho Subtly Fires Mahama

Koku Anyidoho, a former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has slammed persons claiming the country has become a banana republic.

In a post on twitter, he noted that Ghana now has President and a Vice, Chief Justice and Speaker of Parliament, therefore it’ll be sickening for anyone to claim the country is a banana republic.

“Ghana has a President and Vice President; Ghana has a Speaker of Parliament; We now have, an NPP Majority Side of Parliament as declared by the Speaker; Ghana has a Chief Justice: it is only sick minds that will say that, Ghana, is a banana Republic,” he wrote.

Meanwhile prior to his statement, former president John Dramani Mahama had suggested that the country has become like a banana republic under the NPP.

He said this while addressing NDC MPs after Alban Bagbin had been elected Speaker of Parliament.
