Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has donated his salaries for January and February 2022 to the 87 National Service Personnel in his constituency.
The Lawmaker decided to undertake this kind gesture to cushion the NSS personnel who have not been paid for the past 3 months.
According to him, he has received feedback from the Scheme Director in his Constituency that all the personnel have received their share through mobile money.
Mr. Ablakwa further appealed to government to expedite action on the processing and payment of the allowance for the NSS personnel.
