Controversial Ghanaian prophet, Nigel Gaisie, has issued a fiery statement on social media directed at Kennedy Agyapong, the outspoken New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer aspirant, and the ruling party at large. In a strongly worded Facebook post, the founder and leader of the Prophetic Hill Chapel accused Agyapong of being an “anti-Christ” and warned of dire spiritual and political consequences if the NPP disregards divine authority.
A Spiritual and Political Confrontation
Prophet Gaisie’s post, laden with religious and political undertones, suggested that attacks on men of God and the church would not go unpunished. He claimed that some of his fellow prophets had died due to “lies, attacks, and loose talks,” vowing that divine retribution was imminent.
“You can’t attack the churches of God and innocent prophets and expect to be… OKAY… We are waiting. God has spoken to us,” he declared. “We are waiting for the right time to speak and work. We will prove the power of God and the prophets.”
Warning to the NPP: A Historic Defeat Looms
The prophet further issued a stark warning to the NPP, stating that the party would suffer its “worst ever defeat” if it dares to challenge divine will. He claimed to have received a revelation indicating that the NPP would not secure even 30% of the national vote if they make a “mistake.”
“The Lord told me, NPP will have the worse ever defeat if they try Him… I saw a lot of maggots and flies around him (Kennedy Agyapong) spiritually,” Gaisie revealed.
He also alleged that his camp had previously engaged in both spiritual and physical warfare against the NPP, suggesting deep-seated grievances against the ruling party.
Kennedy Agyapong Labeled “Anti-Christ”
In his most explosive claim, Prophet Gaisie branded Kennedy Agyapong as an “anti-Christ,” accusing him of orchestrating attacks against men of God. He also preemptively dismissed potential counter-narratives, alleging that Agyapong would “pay his robots to lie” about him.
A Call to Divine Judgment
The prophet concluded by asserting that Ghana ultimately belongs to God and that the church and prophets were patiently waiting for divine intervention.
“We have covenants with God, and it will be provoked,” he warned.
Political and Public Reactions
While Gaisie’s post has stirred reactions among his followers and critics, political analysts are watching to see how this spiritual confrontation might influence the NPP’s internal dynamics, particularly as the party prepares for its flagbearer elections. Kennedy Agyapong, known for his combative style, has yet to publicly respond to the prophet’s allegations.
