NPP Members Are Being Delusional For Complaining About Insults On Akufo-Addo – Lydia Forson

Lydia Forson thinks New Patriotic Party (NPP) members who complain about political insults are crazy.

She argues that they attacked John Dramani Mahama whenever they had the chance, thus they are not even required to complain about hate speech in these times.

Following Kojo Oppong Nkrumah’s criticism of Joy News and Martin Kpebu for using derogatory language towards the President, Lydia Forson made a remark.

“It is dishonorable and wholly unprofessional to hear lawyer Kpebu accuse the President of the Republic of belonging to a criminal syndicate without any supporting evidence. What’s even more concerning is the fact that a recognized media organization.

broadcasts such material and gladly re-posts it on websites and social media in an effort to get clicks and profits while hurling unjustified jabs at its national leaders. We all support the right to free speech and association, but let’s exercise these rights responsibly, the minister urged.

However, in response to his remark and the discussion that followed it, Lydia Forson remarked, “Let’s be fair, the animosity that some NPP members and even ordinary citizens like myself directed towards Mahama during his term is positively TINY in comparison to what this government receives. Therefore, I consider them to be a little bit delusional every time I hear them whine.
