The affected individuals include Alhassan Sulemana, the Walewale Constituency Second Vice Chairman, Imoro Tonzun Mahamudu, the Walewale Constituency Financial Secretary, and Megida Saaka Sanusi, a party member. The statement cited violations of the NPP constitution as the basis for their suspension, specifically referencing Article 4, Clause 7(la), (e), (f), and (g).

The letter detailing their suspension highlighted several key reasons for the action taken:

1. Violation of Duties as Members: The suspended individuals were accused of failing to fulfill their responsibilities as outlined in the party’s constitution.

They are also required to hand over all party property to the constituency chairman.
