NPP Branch Executive Arrested As Part Of Armed Robbery Gang That Attempted To Rob Keta MP

One Eric, said to be a branch executive of the ruling NPP in the Keta Constituency has been arrested by the Volta Regional Police in connection with the recent robbery attack on the Keta MP.

The gun-toting Eric is reported to be one of the ruling New Patriotic Party’s branch executives at Tetteh kofe’ in the Keta Municipality.

Eric reportedly also doubles as a serial caller and is famous for calling regularly into political programs on Keta based Jubilee Radio (106.9mhz) and also, Sun City FM (88.9mhz), which is owned by the Volta Regional Chairman of the governing NPP, Mr. Makafui Wornya.

Eric was reportedly arrested at Afiadenyigba, near Keta after struggling with the police personnel.
