The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has dismissed claims that the Rural Investor Incentive promise as captured in its manifesto is plagiarized from the New Patriotic Party’s One District, One Factory policy.
Responding to these claims, Mr. Sebastian Dey, a member of the NDC Manifesto Committee, rebutted that the policy is aimed at drawing out interest in rural economy investment.
He said the policy will create sustainable jobs for the many unemployed youths in Ghana.
The NDC launched what its describes as “The People’s Manifesto” last Monday at the University of Professional Studies, Accra.
