No Current Leader Of The NDC Shall Be Allowed To Ignore Rawlings And Atta Mills – Koku Anyidoho Subtly Warns Mahama

Former Deputy General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress, Koku Anyidoho has subtly issued a warning to the flagbearer of the NDC, John Mahama that he will not be allowed to ignore the legacies of former Presidents; Jerry John Rawlings, and Prof. John Evans Atta Mills.

Koku Anyidoho, who has somehow fallen from grace within his own party, has consistently warned in recent times that the party is leaning towards a direction where the legacies of the former Presidents who have ruled the country on the back on the NDC are being sidelined because of the current flagbearer.

Mr Anyidoho has specifically cited instances where projects initiated or completed by late President Mills in particular is wholly credited to current flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama.

In a series of tweets, the former deputy scribe also warned that anyone who thinks he/she is bigger than the NDC and the ideals of the revolution should go and form his/her party.

Interestingly, Koku is not the only NDC stalwart to raise these issues. Former Central Regional Chairman of the NDC, Bernard Allotey Jacobs has also raised such concerns in recent times, although just like Koku, he has also virtually been rendered irrelevant in the party’s scheme of affairs.
