Nigerian Top Official To Visit Ghana Over Diplomatic Tension

The Speaker of Nigeria’s House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila is heading to Ghana for talks over the recent diplomatic row.

Mr Gbajabiamila is on a mission to help solve problems affecting Nigerians living in Ghana.

Officials of both countries have been in a battle of words over recent issues of alleged unfair treatment meted out to Nigerian citizens living in Ghana.

This has resulted in strained diplomatic relations between the two countries in recent months following trade conflicts and the infamous demolition of the Nigerian diplomatic building in Accra.
