Next NDC Gov’t Will Create Okada Lanes If Necessary – Opare Addo

National Youth Organiser of  the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Opare Addo has stated that the NDC will provide lanes for Okada riders on the country’s roads to ensure it’s safe if they are given the nod to rule Ghana on December 7.

Speaking on Accra FM’s Ghana ‘Yensom’ morning show, Mr Addo noted that other advanced countries like the Netherlands even have lanes for bicycles on their roads.

According to him, once okada is legalised and it begins to record high patronage, definitely there’ll be problems and government will create solutions for them.

The NDC as part of its message to convince Ghanaians to vote for them have promised to legalise and regulate the activities of okada business.
