NDC MP For Tamale North Denied Visa Over Anti-Gay Resistance?

NDC Member of Parliament for Tamale North, Alhassan Suhuyini has revealed that he was recently denied a visa to a Western Country.

His revelation comes a day after NPP stalwart based in the United States, Dr. Arthur Kennedy hinted that the Western Countries will impose visa restrictions as a means of forcing Ghanaian leaders to accept LGBTQI activities.

Mr. Suhuyini, however, insists he is not sure if his denial of a Visa is tied to his strong anti-LGBTQI agenda.

The Tamale North MP is part of Eight MPs who are sponsoring a Private Members Bill which seeks to criminalize LGBTQI activities and its advocacy in Ghana.
