“My Wife Was Not A Hookup Girl” – Husband Of Ghanaian Lady Who Was Killed In Nigeria Breaks Silence
In a recent interview on TikTok, Mr. Tony, the Dubai-based husband of the late Abigail Afiba Tandoh, has publicly addressed the tragic events surrounding his wife’s kidnapping and alleged murder. This marks his first public statement on the matter, providing new insights and countering various claims about his wife’s disappearance and death.
Mr. Tony firmly denied circulating rumors that his wife was involved in illicit activities. “My wife is not into hookup. I gave her everything she wanted. There’s no way she would travel to meet another man in Nigeria for a meagre N1 million,” he stated emphatically, underscoring that he had always ensured Abigail’s financial stability.
Detailing the lead-up to the tragic incident, Mr. Tony recounted that Abigail and her friend Celine were lured by Mr. Andrews Amechi under the false pretense of attending a wedding. The invitation purportedly came from a woman named Emmanuella, who Mr. Tony suspects colluded with Mr. Amechi to ensnare their victims.
Mr. Tony also expressed profound frustration with the Nigerian Police Force, accusing them of mishandling the investigation. He believes that the authorities’ negligence afforded Mr. Amechi additional time to perpetrate further crimes. “The Nigerian Police Force failed to do their work well, which bought Mr. Andrews more time to continue with his atrocities,” he lamented.
