Controversial MP for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has expressed disappointment in his own party, the NPP for failing to nurture the businessmen in their party like the opposition NDC did for their businessmen while in power.
Kennedy Agyapong, who appeared as a guest on Security Tips with Irbard Ibrahim on Wontumi TV noted that majority of road contracts in the erstwhile NDC administration was given to known NDC businessmen and financiers.
“When the NDC was in power, they made sure that they provide all needed support for their big time businessmen like the popular Joshob to position themselves so well.” He noted.
“This should teach the NPP a lesson. The NDC has brought up their own so why can’t we do the same for our business men? On the scale of 50-50, we cannot match the NDC when it comes to money.” He again noted.
